Pallicades Development
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Pallicades is a new property development in Lephalale, Ellisras Extension 114. This warm community offers affordable and stylish housing units that cater to first time home buyers, families and single parents. The development compromises of 140 units, stands ranging in sizes from 500m² to 792m². Three units have been built to date and ready to be viewed.
PROJECT STATUS
The project currently has 14 OTPs signed and submitted to banks and Eskom finance department. Two clients have been approved and the process of building their new houses has commenced. Since the project has 6 types of houses to choose from, each house will be built upon clients bank approval to clients chosen stand and type of house.
